Syllabus
The two key objectives of this mini course are:
- Understand why integrating lifestyle interventions into your practice is important.
- Understand how to integrate lifestyle interventions into your practice.
Benefits
Are you interested in learning how to improve your clinical outcomes and accelerate your practice through understanding the basics of lifestyle interventions?
Come learn with Dr. Sinéad Dufour who will bring in her years of research and clinical experience from primary health care, health coaching and her more current functional medicine training. Learn the difference between functioning as a health coach versus prescribing lifestyle interventions that are not in a physiotherapists scope of practice.
To provide effective lifestyle interventions and coaching, it starts with developing a deeper understanding of what lifestyle medicine involves. In this course, you will improve both your own conviction and confidence when it comes to this important aspect of care.
