Lynda is an experienced physiotherapist with extensive training in musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy. She is Credentialed in the McKenzie System of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) and teaches these concepts to physiotherapy students at The University of Toronto. Lynda is the owner of Elevation Physiotherapy & Wellness in Mississauga, Ontario and is passionate about helping people get better, faster with evidenced-based physiotherapy care. When not at the clinic, she will be at the gym, out on her bike(s) and hanging out with her family.
